Our Story
No.1 Naan Curry was born from a desire to share the true flavors of Nepal and India in Okinawa.
After living in Okinawa for 14 years and meeting many local customers, I wanted to create a place where everyone could enjoy authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine in a clean, safe, and welcoming setting.
Our Nepalese dishes are prepared by chefs with more than 10 years of experience in Nepal, while our Indian dishes are made by chefs with nearly 20 years of experience in India. We use spices and seasonings that are actually used in Nepal and India, preserving their authentic flavors rather than simply adapting them for Japan.
Our goal is not just to serve curry. We want guests in Okinawa to experience the genuine flavors enjoyed in homes across Nepal and India.
We are committed to a clean, comfortable restaurant where families, friends, and solo diners can all feel at ease.
